We roast our red tomatoes & red peppers to create this rich, gorgeous sauce. Obviously fabulous with pasta, but also yummy with your roasted veggies, as a pizza base or added to any dish that needs a deep tomato flavour. Fresh basil, mixed herbs, homemade veggie stock and at least 1 hour of simmering creates this ‘family favourite’ sauce.
